"Africa Stop Ebola"

is a powerful song by West African musicians from the areas most affected.

In late October, the song "Africa Stop Ebola" was recorded by singers and musicians from Guinea, the DR of Congo, Ivory Coast, Mali and Senegal, including Amadou & Mariam, Salif Keita, Oumou Sangare,Tiken Jah Fakoly, Kandia Kora, Mory Kante and the Rapper Didier Awadi and Marcus. Their message, in reggae rhythms, accompanied by the kora and with texts in French and local languages including Bambara, Lingala and Malinke (find English subtitles under 'cc'): You can do something against the spread of Ebola in Africa.
